14 Day Return Policy
 

If the order has not yet been sent you can request a cancellation by email crispypacks@hotmail.com and you will receive a full refund of the order along with shipping costs.

​You can exercise the right to return an order and receive the amount of the product and opt for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided that such request is submitted to us by email or whatsapp. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to the warehouse of origin as long as the product has not been unsealed and the product box with the sticker or protective film has not been opened.

You must comply with the following:

The products must be pre-packaged and unopened in the same condition in which they were delivered. Before proceeding with the return, you may be required to provide an image of the products.

The products must be returned to our address specified below, within 14 days after we acknowledge your request and send us the shipping tracking number, as without this we will not be able to validate your return.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the product has passed the inspection phase, your full refund of your purchase will be processed in http://www.crispypacks.com/

 

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
 

In the event that the order is rejected or is not picked up by the buyer within the Post Office period to do so, the return costs valued at 4.99 euros will be reduced from the refund.
